Our Services
Independent Workplace Investigation Services
When a workplace complaint or allegation requires more than an internal review, Clear Line Analysis provides independent workplace investigations for employers, HR professionals, and employment counsel throughout Colorado. We investigate employee misconduct, harassment and discrimination complaints, retaliation, workplace policy violations, internal fraud and other sensitive workplace matters. Each engagement begins with a clearly defined scope and follows the evidence toward one objective: establishing what happened and providing clear, supportable findings.
Workplace Misconduct and Policy Investigations
Independent fact-finding for allegations involving employee or management misconduct, workplace policy violations, dishonesty, inappropriate behavior, conflicts of interest, and other internal workplace complaints. CLA gathers the relevant evidence, conducts professional interviews, reconciles conflicting accounts, and develops findings within the agreed investigative scope.
Harassment, Discrimination & Retaliation Investigations
Sensitive workplace complaints require a thorough and impartial process. CLA conducts independent investigations involving allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile conduct, and related employee concerns, providing employers with a documented factual record and clear investigative findings.
When workplace concerns extend beyond interpersonal misconduct, CLA brings extensive investigative experience to allegations involving employee theft, internal fraud, falsified records, expense irregularities, misuse of company resources, and complex multi-witness or evidence-heavy matters. We organize the evidence, reconstruct timelines, identify inconsistencies, and determine what the available facts support.

Professional Investigative Services
Every CLA workplace investigation is built around the specific allegations, questions, and concerns the organization needs answered. Depending on the scope, our investigative services may include complainant, respondent and witness interviews. Evidentiary review of emails, messages, video, records and other digital evidence provided. Additionally, workplace policy and document review, timeline reconstruction, identification of corroborating or contradictory evidence, follow-up interviews, credibility assessment when necessary creates a comprehensive defensible investigative report. The result is an organized factual record that allows employers and their advisors to make informed decisions based on evidence rather than assumption.
For organizations requesting additional support, CLA can also provide a separately scoped post-investigation HR review after the investigative findings have been completed. This optional service may include review of applicable workplace policies, identification of organizational or administrative considerations, and when specifically requested within the engagement scope, recommendations concerning corrective or disciplinary action. The investigative findings are completed first, preserving a clear separation between neutral fact-finding and subsequent HR analysis.
Our Approach to Workplace Investigations
Workplace investigations often begin with conflicting accounts, incomplete information, complicated relationships, and strong opinions about what may have occurred. CLA approaches each matter as an investigator, not as an advocate for the complainant, respondent, or organization. We identify the questions that need to be answered, gather and evaluate the relevant evidence, conduct focused interviews, test statements against the available facts, and follow reasonable investigative leads. Our findings are based on what the evidence supports, not on a predetermined outcome.
Every engagement is governed by a clearly defined investigative scope, giving the client and investigator a shared understanding of the allegations to be examined, the questions to be answered, and the expected deliverable. When the investigation is complete, CLA provides a professional written report documenting the investigative process, relevant evidence, analysis, and findings. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Clear Line Analysis provides independent workplace investigation services throughout the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, the Front Range, and communities across Colorado.
